中国策划学会是中国第一家专业从事策划人才培养、学术研究、教学交流、企业服务、市场开发和策划咨询的权威学会，是中国策划人开展理论研究、实践探索、学术交流、服务企业的最佳平台。中国策划学会在国际智业集团的指导和协助下，致力于引进欧美发达国家和港澳台地区先进的策划咨询理念，并与中国改革开放的实践相结合，创立了具有中国特色的策划学。尤其是直接承接各种策划项目，更锻炼和培养了一支专业化的策划队伍，建立了具有中国特色的学术与实践基地。中国策划学会和中国策划学院是目前国内唯一出台《策划师资格认证标准》和《策划师资格认证工作规程》的机构；是目前中国唯一一个通过美国国际职业认证协会评估的认证体系，颁发的证书国际、国内通用；其认证体系受国家知识产权保护（2007-A-07190号）。

中国策划学会下设学术委员会、资质认证评审委员会（策划师资格认证中心）、会员部、培训部、科研部、项目部、市场部、《策划》杂志社、中国策划师网、中国策划专家团等十大机构30多个部门。

中国策划学会学术资质等级依次分为：荣誉理事、常务理事、理事、会员；其中荣誉理事、常务理事由中国策划学会学术委员会考评认证；理事、会员由资质评审委员会（策划师资格认证中心）培训考核后认证。

中国策划学会拥有强大的策划专家团队，其中有国内一流的策划家何明志、孙德禄、崔秀芝、赵强、陈惠湘、李光斗、姚建伟、艾丰、雷鸣雏、苏沛德、陈放、叶茂中、王克、郑建平、罗立、王志刚、梁中国、朱玉童、章琦、王建中、万力、王蔚炜、张贵雨、齐大辉、年小山、王鼎、赵德荣、朱耿洲、杨克强、周西平、朱宝宗、谢建新、李金书、 杨继瑞、邱建、蔡苏、李能发、朱耿洲、李持坤、沈骏、 王慎照、彭忠、黄蔷等人。有国外著名的策划专家莱因哈特·施尔顿、James Sampson、科思特、尤加丽增、唐方方、宋立刚等人。每年为数百家企业实施策划，为社会创造经济价值超1000多亿元；每年为社会培训策划师2000多人，为社会开办各类讲座上百场次。

中国策划学会的领导机构由顾问、名誉会长、会长、副会长组成，特请王光英、布赫、成思危、蒋正华、李德生、洪学智、于若木、莱因哈特·施尔顿、王治国、王瑞明、茅于轼、杨长江、何明志、魏继红、赵德荣、朱耿洲、周西平等人分别就任顾问、名誉会长、会长和副会长、秘书长职务。

中国策划学会目前已在北京、香港、广州、上海、成都、河南、重庆、贵州、广西、福建、陕西、浙江、绵阳等地设立了分支机构与合作机构。并与国内外著名学术团体开展了交流与合作。

The Chinese Strategic Planning Association

The Chinese Strategic Planning Association is the first association in China to be solely dedicated to the training of talented planning personnel, academic research, teaching exchanges, commercial services, market development, and strategic planning consulting. It is the best platform in China for those involved in strategic planning to develop new theoretical research, explore practical research, engage in academic discussions, and work on commercially oriented projects. Under the guidance and support of the International Wit Group, the Chinese Strategic Planning Association is devoted to introducing advanced planning theories and methods from Europe and America as well as Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macao and combining them with the practical experience of China's Reform and Opening, thereby creating an ideology of strategic planning with “Chinese characteristics.” In particular, we hope to directly undertake a wide variety of strategic planning projects, further train and mold a team of professional planning experts, and establish an academic and operational base with “Chinese characteristics.”

The Chinese Strategic Planning Association is composed of an academic committee, a talent authentication evaluation committee (qualification authentication center for planners), a members' department, training department, scientific research department, project department, marketing department, a publishing house for Strategic Plan Magazine, China's Planners Web, and China's expert strategist team. In total it is made up of ten large institutions and more than thirty different departments.

The Chinese Strategic Planning Association's different grades of academic qualification are as follows: honorary councilperson, executive councilperson, council member, and member. Among them the honorary councilperson and the executive councilperson are selected through an evaluation by the academic committee. Council members and regular members are determined through a training assessment given by the talent authentication evaluation committee (qualification authentication center for planners).

The Chinese Strategic Planning Association is endowed with a strong team of experts from the field of strategic planning. Among them are some top-notch planners from mainland China including He Mingzhi, Sun Delu, Cui Xiuzhi, Zhao Qiang, Chen Huixiang, Li Guangdou, Yao Jianwei, Ai Feng, Lei Mingchu, Su Peide, Chen Fang, Ye Maozhong, Wang Ke, Zheng Jianping, Luo Li, Wang Zhigang, Liang Zhongguo, Zhu Yutong, Zhang Qi, Wang Jianzhong, Wan Li, Wang Weiwei, Zhang Guiyu, Qi Dahui, Nian Xiaoshan, Wang Dian, Zhao Derong, Zhu Gengzhou, Yang Keqiang, Zhou Xiping, Zhu Baozong, Xie Jianxin, Li Jinshu, Liu Jingwen, Li Feng, Wang Shenzhao, Peng Zhong, Huang Qiang, and many more. Some of the planning experts from outside of China include Reinhatd Selten, James Sampson, Ke Shite,You JiaLizeng, Tang Fangfang, Song Ligang, and many others. Every year we conduct strategic planning services for over a hundred different companies. Our projects have created over 100 billion yuan (RMB) worth of economic value. Every year we train over 2,000 planners and organize more than a hundred forums on strategic planning.

The leadership body of the Chinese Strategic Planning Association is composed of consultants, honorary chairperson, chairperson, and vice chairperson. We have especially invited Wang Guangying, Bu He, Cheng Siwei, Jiang Zhenghua, Li Desheng, Hong Xuezhi, Yu Ruomu,Reinhatd Selten , Wang Zhiguo, Wang Ruiming, Mao Yushi, Yang Changjiang, He Mingzhi, Wei Jihong, Zhao Derong, Zhu Gengzhou, and Zhou Xiping to serve as consultants, honorary chairpersons, chairpersons, vice chairpersons, and secretary-generals.

　　 The Chinese Strategic Planning Association presently already has branch offices and cooperative ventures in such cities and regions as Hong Kong, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Chengdu, Henan, Chongqing, Guizhou, Guangxi, Fujian, Shanxi, Zhejiang, and Mianyang. We have also developed several exchange programs and collaborative projects with famous academic institutions at home and abroad.
